1 General Terms & Introduction

Jeet Baz (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming service. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Jeet Baz and its members ("user" or "you").

These Terms & Conditions were written in Bengali with Bangladeshi users in mind; however, the English version shall be considered the legally binding text. In the event of any conflict, the English version takes precedence.

Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all services provided through the Jeet Baz website, mobile app, and any other digital channel — including Sports Betting, live betting, casino games, and other interactive services.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account and place bets on Jeet Baz. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Jeet Baz may request a national ID or passport at any time for age verification purposes.

Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Providing false or inaccurate information will result in your account being permanently closed.
• Genuine documentation must be submitted for KYC verification.
• If your details change, please notify our support team within 30 days.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules strictly govern all betting activity on Jeet Baz. Violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in bets being voided.

Bet Acceptance

• A bet is only valid once the system has successfully confirmed it and issued a bet ID.
• Bets that cannot be confirmed due to technical issues will be considered void.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after the match has started.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10 BDT, and the maximum stake per bet is set by the platform.

Cancellations & Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. However, Jeet Baz may void a bet in the following circumstances:

1. In the event of a match cancellation or rescheduling
2. Publication of incorrect odds (obvious error)
3. Where evidence of betting manipulation is found
4. In the event of suspected match fixing

Live Betting Special Terms

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If odds shift after a bet is submitted, the bet may be accepted at the new odds or cancelled entirely. Jeet Baz reserves the right to temporarily suspend live betting at any time.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Jeet Baz supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and various other mobile banking services and bank transfers. For deposits:

• Minimum deposit is 100 BDT.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must use your own payment method for all transactions.

Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw your winnings:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Currency

All transactions on Jeet Baz are processed in BDT. Currency conversion charges may apply for payments made in foreign currencies.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Jeet Baz bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first registration only.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be used.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirements are typically 10x–30x.
• Bonus validity is typically 30 days from the date of issue.

Cashback & Reload Bonuses

Weekly or monthly cashback offers apply for a limited time only. Cashback is calculated on losing bets only and is not credited directly to your account — it is added as bonus balance instead.

Bonus Abuse

Jeet Baz takes bonus abuse seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming Bonuses on Multiple Accounts
• Manipulation to Meet Bonus Conditions
• Placing bets on both sides to eliminate risk (arbitrage)
• Claiming Bonuses Using Another Person's Details

6 Responsible Betting

Jeet Baz is firmly committed to responsible betting. We want every member to enjoy betting as a form of entertainment — one that never has a negative impact on their life.

Self-Exclusion

Any member may voluntarily deactivate their account, either temporarily or permanently. To self-exclude, please contact our support team.

Deposit Limit

You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Jeet Baz reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Evidence of fraud, deception, or manipulation
• Registration with False Information
• KYC Verification Failure
• Managing Multiple Accounts
• Evidence that the user is underage
• Extended periods of inactivity (2 years or more)

Account Balance Upon Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. For closures due to general reasons, any valid balance will be returned.

8 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to respond within 72 hours.

Complaints Process

1. Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the incident.
2. Our support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
3. Complex cases may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
4. Jeet Baz's decision shall be considered final.

9 Limitation of Liability

Jeet Baz is not liable for the following:

• Bets Lost or Missed Due to Internet Connectivity Issues
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own negligence
• Delays from third-party services (banks, mobile banking)
• Service outages caused by unforeseen technical failures
• Outcomes resulting from the user's own betting decisions

Under all circumstances, Jeet Baz's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the specific bet or transaction in question.

10 Right to Amend Terms

Jeet Baz reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification in advance.

Updated Terms take effect 7 days after publication. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
